Step 1: Select the Log In button on the home page.
Step 2: On the Log In screen, select Forgot Password.
Step 3: Enter your Wells Fargo Gateway User ID and Phone number or Email address. Ensure that you enter the phone number or email address that is on file with Wells Fargo Gateway which you can access immediately.
Step 4: Select your preferred Contact method to receive your validation code, by email or phone (text or voice); message or data rates may apply. If you request a code by text, ensure you enter your mobile phone number. Then, select Send Code Now.
Step 5: Enter your validation code on the Enter Code screen.
Step 6: Create a new password.
